When you upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle, Stripe automatically prorates the cost. Upgrades are charged the difference; downgrades generate a credit applied to your next invoice.
Credit Reset Cycle
Free plan credits reset on a rolling 30-day period. Paid plan credits are tied to your Stripe subscription billing date, so you always know exactly when they refresh.

Are there any hidden setup fees?
No. Our pricing is completely transparent. The monthly subscription covers everything, including system access and standard support.
How are AI credits calculated?
Every time the AI replies to a patient — for example, answering a question or booking an appointment — it uses 1 credit. Credits reset automatically at the start of every billing cycle.
What happens to my credits if I upgrade or downgrade?
Your credit limit is adjusted to reflect your new plan. When downgrading, the remaining credits are not reset — they reflect your last usage — preventing abuse of the system. This applies to both upgrades and downgrades.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, there are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time right from your dashboard.
